Thanks for the feedback I guess. The spot was completely 2’s, which was based on nothing since it was only four minutes. There was no areas of growth or strengths commented on either. It is frustrating. How I am supposed to grow if I am not getting any feedback? I know I am not a perfect teacher, I want to get better, but this is the type of feedback I get. I am desperate for good feedback, but for the second year in a row, my school has been unable to provide me any. It’s kind of hard to stay motivated at something I feel like I am not growing at. It is also kind of hard for me to want to put any effort in for you when you don’t put any effort in for me.

The other day I got a 4 minute spot. I am not exaggerating. My evaluator walked in as I was handing out my exit tickets, watched while they silently took it, and gave me my first spot of the semester. I actually thought my clock was fast because there was no way I could actually get a 4 minute spot. I panicked a little and checked my phone, my wall clock, and my computer for the time. But I was right, it really was just a 4 minute observation.
