Not only does that mean that all that weight you lost (or didn't lose) to get ready for the summer is going to come back two times as squishy as your Sunday Fundays stretch well into the evening and into your Thursdays and Mondays.
Great thing about it? You have something new to talk to your kids about. Show them your lineup, talk a little football if there's time, or maybe even talk a little trash if you're one of those Cowboy haters out there.
Downside? Anyone have one of those sports people that aren't really sports people kind of lurking around trying to be in the convo but they don't actually know sports?
"Hey, how about Mike Wallace huh?"
You don't know who that is. What about him?
"I bet Luck has a good season!"
Yeah, he has a "good" season every season. 99% chance he will
"What about Bumgarner?"
He plays baseball. We're talking about football. Take a lap or have a seat.
If you aren't a sports person that's ok. Don't be a sports person. Nothing wrong with that. Play some casual fantasy football or pick 'em. Bond with your coworkers and students. Don't use this as an opportunity to harass coworkers you know are busy and don't want to talk to you.
