A Dallas Education Blog by Young Dallas Teachers
We've talked about turning around a classroom by putting in a new procedure before, but what about if the rest of the school is out of control? How do you keep your area sane when the rest of the school is crumbling around you? As teachers it's easy to come down on the admins for not doing what's right in the building, but how does / should it work? I read an interesting article that we'll be discussing on this week's podcast about taking a failing school and turning it into a shining light on campus. Check it out and let us know what you think. My thoughts? Discipline is the place to start.
