There's another terror attack in France, a military coup in Turkey, tension in the South China Sea. It's overwhelming.
I believe in giving people the space to think and process without trying to draw their eyes toward myself.
I started going to therapy. I returned to the reason why I started the blog in the first place. I began once again working my way through my own issues publicly. If you haven't heard of Talkspace.com, get on it. Coolest thing I've done in a while. Therapy and your own convenience and for way less money than in person consultation.
Here's what I've been reading and listening to the last few days.
